16th Street Theater


2012 - Present

Elected Board President in October, 2012, six months after joining board of directors and chairing Fundraising Committee. The following year, the theater was named Best Emerging Theatre by the League of Chicago Theatres and Broadway in Chicago. Presently serving as Treasurer since elected in October, 2014. The theater strives to express the voices of all in the community and provides the most accessible professional ticket price in the State of Illinois.
